Securing a network and brewing beer have more in common than you’d think: it’s 10% equipment and 90% process hygiene. If your process is messy, the output will be too.

Engineering the Perfect Pour

I've immersed myself in the world of home-brewing for over three years now, and while I wouldn't call myself an expert, sharing what I've learned. That being said, I use the same process almost every brew day, which you can learn more about [here]. I'll switch it up if I'm brewing a clone recipe, or if I'm trying a new technique. But basically, this is my modular template I usually follow.

Remember: learning often stems from making mistakes... but they don't need to be your own!

Looking for Recipes?

I get it — those lengthy food recipe posts can be a hassle, with the elusive 'jump to recipe' button buried within. But fear not! My recipes are all conveniently located together in my [GitHub repo], in both JSON and XLM formats for easy import with whatever brewing software you decided was right for you. (Personally, I use [Brewtarget].)

  • [Kia Ora!] - Version 2 of my first original recipe. (NEIPA)

  • [Scotch Foreign] - The first recipe I brewed, and I still do. (Scottish Export)

  • [Fallelujah] - Pumpkin ale isn't for everybody, but I love it!
